1. Engineering Services & Field Scope

Prime Cool provides mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration engineering services including split AC jet servicing, gas recharging, inverter PCB micro-soldering, VRF/VRV central system commissioning, and industrial process chiller overhauls across Pune metropolitan and Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) corridors.

2. 24/7 Breakdown Dispatch SLA

Our advertised sub-45 minute emergency arrival SLA applies to critical breakdowns in primary coverage zones (Wagholi, Kharadi, Hadapsar, Ranjangaon MIDC, Chakan MIDC, and Sanaswadi). SLA timing begins once customer address confirmation and field technician dispatch acknowledgment have occurred.

3. Workmanship & Spares Warranty

• Jet Chemical Servicing: 30-day cooling performance guarantee against drain clog recurrence.
• Refrigerant Gas Recharging: 90-day leak-free guarantee provided complete nitrogen pressure hold test and brazing overhaul was authorized and performed.
• Inverter PCB Micro-Soldering: 90-day component replacement warranty on repaired IPM chips and bridge rectifiers.
• Compressor Overhauls: 6-month to 1-year manufacturer warranty on new hermetic and semi-hermetic compressor units.

4. Pure Virgin Gas Commitment

Prime Cool certifies that 100% of refrigerants supplied (R-32, R-410A, R-134a, R-404A, R-290) are factory-sealed pure virgin gases meeting ARI-700 purity standards. We strictly prohibit the use of contaminated or mixed reclaimed gases.

5. Payment Terms & Quotations

All diagnostic inspections incur an upfront nominal visit charge which is waived upon service approval. Payments may be made via UPI, bank transfer, commercial cheque, or cash upon invoice generation.
